  • Assists in hiring and the interview process for headquarters and Manila creative teams

  • Participates as an integral part of the production review team to ensure the quality standard is met

  • Develops onboarding structures and best practices for HQ and Manila creative team new hires and supports new team mates throughout the onboarding process

  • Maintains a positive and mentoring peer rapport with headquarters and Manila creative teams

  • Develops quarterly plans with creative managers to display media to the company (ie; demos)

  • Actively shares knowledge and skills by delivering both positive and corrective feedback

  • Constantly looks for opportunities to help provide team and individual coaching and mentoring

  • Provides information to other teams on ways to improve


GRAPHIC ARTIST II      

  • Composes custom digital illustrations and vector graphics for course content.

  • Designs characters and environments for animations and interactive games.

  • Plans and builds components for educational interactive games.

  • Paints skins, textures, and matte paintings for 3d animation.

  • Creats layouts, UI/UX elements, and infographics. 

  • Develops storyboards for instructional videos.

  • Produces assets for motion graphics.


At Strongmind, I create award-winning course media with a diverse interdisciplinary creative team. I am involved in the creative cycle from concept to completion.
I collaborate daily and work independently to deliver a quality product on time.

I live and work in Phoenix, Arizona. I draw inspiration from people I admire, things around me, and environments I move through. Specifically, I fixate on color and enjoy accentuating it in my paintings. I paint portraits, landscapes, still life, and pets. I work from life when possible and from photographs when necessary, with the occasional inventive streak.
